66 Transitional—delegations
(1) This section applies to a delegation if: (a) the delegation was made for the purposes of a particular provision of the applied provisions; and (b) the delegation was in force immediately before the transition time. (2) The delegation has effect, after the transition time, as if it had been made for the purposes of a corresponding provision of this Ordinance.
