61 NCA chief executive may approve forms
(1) The NCA chief executive may, by notifiable instrument, approve a form for the purposes of a provision of this Ordinance. (2) If a form is approved under subsection (1), the form must be used for any application, notice, submission, objection or other document given in relation to that provision.
