41 Assessment of value of leases and lands
(1) The Minister may, from time to time, assess the value of a lease or the land comprised in a lease. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Minister may authorise persons to enter onto the land the subject of a lease, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice, with such equipment as is reasonably necessary. (3) The Minister must give the lessee a copy of the assessment within a reasonable time after the assessment has been carried out. (4) This section does not apply to a lease granted for diplomatic purposes.
