40 Survey fees
(1) The Minister may arrange for a survey of the land contained in a lease. (2) The lessee must pay to the Minister, on demand, the amount determined by the Minister as the reasonable cost of the survey.
Note: Subsection (2) does not apply to certain continuing leases granted under the applied provisions of the Leases Ordinance 1918 or the Leases (Special Purposes) Ordinance 1925: see subsection 71(2).
