30 Power of lessee to sublet part of building
(1) Any part of a building on land comprised in a lease may, subject to the lease, any sublease of the land and this Ordinance, be sublet separately from the remainder of the building. (2) A sublease may cover both: (a) part of a building on land comprised in a lease; and (b) another part of the land comprised in the lease that does not have the building on it.
