20 Minister may remit or refund lease variation charge
(1) The Minister may remit or refund the whole or part of an amount of lease variation charge under this Division if the Minister is satisfied that there are special circumstances that make it fair and reasonable to do so. (2) The Minister may do so on the Minister’s own initiative or on written application by the lessee.
