41 Interfering with safety equipment
(a) the person unties or detaches any safety equipment stored in a lake area; and
(b) the person does so for a purpose other than:
(i) securing the safety of any person; or
(ii) preventing the loss of, or damage to, property; or
(iii) maintenance or replacement of the equipment.
