#### 43 Records or disclosure for the purposes of this Act or the National Anti‑Corruption Commission Act 2022 An entrusted person may make a record of, or disclose, Immigration and Border Protection information if: (a) the making of the record, or disclosure, is for the purposes of this Act or a legislative instrument under this Act; or (b) the making of the record, or disclosure, is for the purposes of the National Anti‑Corruption Commission Act 2022 or regulations under that Act.
