##### 8 Appointment of senior officers of Authority Notwithstanding subsection 236(2) of the Companies Act 1981, the appointment of: (a) the chief executive officer of the Authority, whether designated General Manager of the Authority or in some other manner; (b) a Deputy General Manager of the Authority; or (c) the Secretary of the Authority; is subject to the approval of the Chairman.
