##### 2 Commencement \[see Note 1\] (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation. (2) Section 17 of this Act shall come into operation on the day fixed under subsection 2 (2) of the Public Service Amendment Act 1978.
