84 Withdrawal of application
(1) A person who has applied for review of a decision may withdraw the application at any time before the review has been completed. (2) If an application for review of a decision is withdrawn, the application is taken never to have been made. (3) An application may be withdrawn orally or in writing or in any other manner approved by: (a) the Secretary, for an application in relation to a reviewable Secretary decision; or (b) the Commissioner, for an application in relation to a reviewable Commissioner decision.
