71 Notice requiring information or statements

(1) The Secretary may, in accordance with section 72, require a person referred to in subsection (2) to inform the Secretary of any event or change of circumstance that occurs or is likely to occur, and that causes or would be likely to cause: (a) the person to cease to be qualified for Australian apprenticeship support loan; or (b) Australian apprenticeship support loan to cease to be payable to the person. (2) The notice may be given to any of the following: (a) a person who has made an application for Australian apprenticeship support loan that has not yet been determined; (b) a person for whom a determination is in effect granting the person’s application for Australian apprenticeship support loan.
