58 Repeal of Australian National Airlines Regulations
(1) The Australian National Airlines Regulations are repealed. (2) Despite the repeal effected by subsection (1), regulation 4 of those Regulations continues to have effect for the purposes of proceedings in respect of a liability arising under that regulation before the repeal.
