7 Establishment
(1) This section applies to the body corporate that was established by section 4 of the Australia Council Act 1975 (as in force before the commencement of this section). (2) That body corporate continues in existence by force of this section as a body corporate, under and subject to the provisions of this Act, under the name the Australia Council. (3) The Council may conduct its operations under its full name or under the name “Creative Australia”.
