25 Quorum
(1) The quorum for a meeting of the Board is a majority of the current appointed Board members. (2) However, if: (a) an appointed Board member is required by rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 not to be present during the deliberations, or to take part in any decision, of the Board with respect to a particular matter; and (b) when the appointed Board member leaves the meeting concerned there is no longer a quorum present; then those remaining appointed Board members constitute a quorum for the purposes of any deliberation or decision at that meeting with respect to that matter.
