24 Convening of meetings

(1) The Chair must convene such meetings of the Board as are, in his or her opinion, necessary for the efficient conduct of its affairs. (2) The Chair must convene at least 4 meetings of the Board each calendar year. (3) The Chair must convene a meeting of the Board if directed to do so by the Minister. (4) The Chair must, on receipt of a written request signed by a majority of the current appointed Board members, convene a meeting of the Board. (5) If a direction or request under subsection (3) or (4) is in writing, the direction or request is not a legislative instrument.
