23 Arbitrated prices for access relating to passenger or freight (1) On an arbitration under this Code, the price that may be charged by the access provider for access to railway infrastructure facilities to enable an access seeker to deliver to its customers a freight service is to be determined by applying the principles and methods of calculation set out in Division 1 in the Schedule to this Code.

AustralAsia Railway (Third Party Access) Act 1999 21 (2) On an arbitration under this Code, the price that may be charged by the access provider for access to railway infrastructure facilities to enable an access seeker to deliver to its customers a passenger service is to be determined by applying the principles and methods of calculation set out in Division 2 in the Schedule to this Code.
