35 Savings provision—guidelines
If: (a) guidelines were issued under regulation 15 of the old regulations; and (b) the guidelines were in force immediately before the repeal of the old regulations; the guidelines continue in force, and may be dealt with, on and after 1 August 2017 as if they had been issued under section 29 of this instrument.
