26 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of decisions of the Secretary to do any of the following: (a) to refuse to grant an exemption in relation to an individual under subsection 5A(6), 21K(7) or 21X(7); (b) to grant an exemption in relation to an individual under subsection 5A(6) subject to one or more conditions; (c) to advise under Division 5 that an individual has an unfavourable criminal history. (2) Paragraph (1)(c) does not apply in relation to advice given under section 21DF in connection with an individual’s participation in the Global Entry program.
