#### 29 Delegation by Auditor‑General (1) The Auditor‑General may, by written instrument, delegate any of the Auditor‑General’s powers or functions under any Act to an official of a non‑corporate Commonwealth entity. (2) In exercising powers or functions under the delegation, the official must comply with any directions of the Auditor‑General.
