9C Auditor-general’s staff (1) The auditor-general may employ staff on behalf of the Territory. (2) The auditor-general’s staff must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994. Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the auditor-general in relation to the employment of staff (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 152).
