12 Application of State Service Act 2000 limited
(1) The office of Auditor-General is not an office under the State Service Act 2000 .
(2) [Section 12 Subsection (2) substituted by No. 42 of 2012, s. 32, Applied:04 Feb 2013] The State Service Act 2000 applies in relation to the Auditor-General to the extent that that Act confers powers or imposes functions on the Auditor-General –
(a) as Head of Agency in his or her capacity as an employing authority; or
(b) under section 18 of that Act.
