90 Transitional provision—information gathering powers and duties (1) Part 7, as inserted by the **Audit Amendment Act 2019**, only applies to the exercise of any power or the performance of any functions under this Act or any other Act on and from the commencement of that Part. (2) Sections 11, 11A, 11B, 11C, 11D, 11E, 11F, 11G and 12 as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 7 continue to apply to any review of estimated financial statements or audit commenced but not completed before the commencement of Part 7.
