87 Transitional provision—Deputy Auditor-General Despite the repeal of section 7 by the **Audit Amendment Act 2019**, a person employed as Deputy Auditor-General or a person acting as Deputy Auditor-General under that section immediately before its repeal is taken to be employed as Deputy Auditor-General or acting as Deputy Auditor-General under section 5 on and from the commencement of that section. S. 88 inserted by No. 12/2019 s. 9.
