60 Auditor-General to report to Parliamentary Committee on assurance reviews (1) The Auditor-General must submit to the Parliamentary Committee a report on any assurance review by the Auditor-General during the relevant period. (2) The Auditor-General must include in the report the reasons for conducting the assurance review and identify any public body, associated entity or other entity included in the assurance review. (3) The Auditor-General must submit the report to the Parliamentary Committee no later than 4 weeks after the final day of the relevant period. (4) For the purpose of this section— ***relevant period*** means— (a) the period between the day that this section comes into operation and the final day of the quarterly cycle of the financial year that day falls within; or (b) each quarterly cycle of every financial year following the period in paragraph (a).
