48 Use of documents or things

If the Auditor-General, an authorised person or a VAGO officer enters the premises of a public body or an associated entity and requests to copy any document, or remove any document or thing, otherwise than in accordance with an information gathering notice, the owner or occupier of the premises may request that the Auditor-General or authorised person serve an information gathering notice.
