This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.

Act Number

220 of 2012

Collection

legislative instrument

Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument is a housekeeping repeal that removes five obsolete regulations (1993–2002) governing elections for ATSIC Regional Councils. Because ATSIC was abolished in 2004–05, these rules are redundant. The instrument itself expires at the end of the day it commences, tidying the statute book without practical effect on anyone.
