#### 41E Offences relating to entry etc. on land (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person enters land of which another person is in possession under this Part; or (b) the person is on land of which another person is in possession under this Part. Penalty: 10 penalty units. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person enters, or is on, land: (a) with the consent of the person in possession of the land; or (b) because of a right or power conferred by law. > Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection (2), see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code.
