#### 41D Offences relating to breach of condition etc. (1) A person on whom a Part III authority has been conferred must not refuse to comply with: (a) a condition or restriction to which the authority is subject; or (b) a requirement imposed on the person by the authority. Penalty: (a) in the case of a natural person—20 penalty units; or (b) in the case of a body corporate—100 penalty units. (2) A person on whom a Part III authority has been conferred must not fail to comply with: (a) a condition or restriction to which the authority is subject; or (b) a requirement imposed on the person by the authority. Penalty: (a) in the case of a natural person—20 penalty units; or (b) in the case of a body corporate—100 penalty units. (3) An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
