> In this Regulation—
>
> ACNC Register means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Register maintained under the Commonwealth Act, section 40-5.

> Commonwealth Act means the [Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth.

> the Act means the [Associations Incorporation Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-007).
