3 Definitions
In this Regulation—
ACNC Register means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Register maintained under the Commonwealth Act, section 40-5.
Commonwealth Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 of the Commonwealth.
the Act means the Associations Incorporation Act 2009.
