#### 21 Transitional provision relating to model constitution financial year clause 21 Transitional provision relating to model constitution financial year clause > > (1) This section applies to an association— > > > > > (a) to which the Act, Schedule 4, clause 4 applied immediately before 1 September 2022, and > > > > > (b) whose constitution does not address the association’s financial year. > > > (2) Clause 44 of the model constitution in Schedule 3, as it applies to an association to which this clause applies, is taken to be replaced by the following clause— > > > (3) The substituted clause applies until the association’s constitution otherwise addresses the association’s financial year in accordance with the Act.
