#### 15 Keeping and inspection of records and minutes 15 Keeping and inspection of records and minutes > > (1) For the Act, section 50(4), an association must— > > > > > (a) keep records and minutes required to be kept under the section in written or electronic form, and > > > > > (b) keep a record required to be kept under the section for at least 5 years after the day the record is made. > > > (2) A record or minute kept in electronic form must be able to be converted to hard copy. > > > (3) If a person who is entitled to inspect a record or minute asks for the record or minute to be given in hard copy, the association must give the person a hard copy of the record or minute within a reasonable time.
