sec.16 Inspection of registers and documents
A person may, on payment of the prescribed fee— inspect a register kept by the chief executive under the Act ; and obtain an extract from the register; and inspect a document required to be given to the chief executive under the Act ; and obtain an extract from, or a certified or uncertified copy of, the document.
- (a) inspect a register kept by the chief executive under the Act ; and
