79 Use of technology at committee meetings (1) The committee of an incorporated association may hold meetings, or permit members of the committee to participate in meetings, by using any technology that allows members to clearly and simultaneously communicate with each other participating member. (2) A member of the committee who participates in a meeting in a manner permitted under subsection (1) is taken to be present at the meeting.
