65 Declaration by chairperson of passing of resolution (1) At any general meeting of an incorporated association at which a special resolution is proposed, a declaration by the chairperson that the resolution has been passed is conclusive proof of the fact. (2) Subject to subsection (3), the chairperson may declare that the resolution has been passed on the show of hands or on the voices of those present. (3) If any member of the association present at the meeting demands that the vote of each member entitled to vote at the meeting (including any vote permitted to be made by proxy) be counted, the chairperson may not make a declaration under subsection (1) unless those votes are counted.
