60 Requirement to give notice of general meeting An incorporated association must not hold a general meeting of the association unless each member of the association who is entitled to vote at general meetings— (a) has been given notice of the date, time and place of the general meeting in the manner provided by the rules of the association; and (b) if the rules of the association require that voting by proxy must be done using a standard form—has been given that form with the notice.
