201 Retention of original documents (1) This section applies if a copy of a document has been lodged under section 199 or in accordance with an approval under section 200. (2) The incorporated association to which the document relates must— (a) for a period of not less than 7 years after the copy of the document is lodged, retain the original document signed by any person required to sign the document; and (b) if requested to do so by the Registrar within that period, produce that document to the Registrar.
