200 Special arrangements for the lodgement of documents (1) The Registrar may, in writing, approve a special arrangement for the electronic transmission or lodgement of copies of documents required to be lodged under this Act. (2) An approval under subsection (1) may provide an exemption (or a partial exemption) from specified provisions of this Act relating to— (a) the authentication or signature of documents; (b) the lodgement of documents. (3) The Registrar may impose any condition on an approval under subsection (1).
