195 Rights of review (1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the Registrar under section 193(2) or 194(2) may apply to VCAT for a review of the decision. (2) The application must be lodged with VCAT within 28 days after— (a) notice of the decision was given; or (b) if, under section 45 of the **Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998**, the person requests a statement of reasons for the decision— (i) the day on which the statement of reasons is given to the person; or (ii) the day on which the person is informed under section 46(5) of that Act that a statement of reasons will not be given.
