193 Restriction on personal information (1) A person whose personal information is held on the register of incorporated associations may apply to the Registrar to restrict public access to some or all of that personal information. (2) If the Registrar is satisfied that there are special circumstances which justify doing so, the Registrar may restrict public access to some or all of that person's personal information. (3) The restriction of public access under subsection (2) may be for the period and on the conditions that the Registrar thinks fit.
