155 Commonwealth Criminal Code does not apply (1) For the purposes of any proceedings for a contravention of a provision referred to in section 154(2), the Criminal Code of the Commonwealth does not apply. (2) As a consequence of subsection (1), a note to an applied provision that refers to a provision of the Criminal Code of the Commonwealth must be disregarded.
