153 General Any matter declared under this Division to be an applied Corporations legislation matter is, in addition, an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of Part 3 of the **Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001** in relation to Part 5.8 (Offences), Part 5.8A (Employee entitlements) and Part 5.9 (Miscellaneous) of the Corporations Act subject to the following modifications— (c) any other modifications (within the meaning of Part 3 of the **Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001**) that are prescribed by the regulations.
