133 Court order relating to distribution of surplus assets (1) The Supreme Court may make an order relating to the distribution of the surplus assets of an incorporated association that is being wound up on the application of— (a) the Registrar; or (b) a liquidator of the association; or (c) a member or former member of the association; or (d) any person aggrieved by the operation of section 132 in relation to the surplus assets of the association. (2) The Supreme Court may make an order under subsection (1) permitting the distribution of surplus assets to the members of the association. (3) The Supreme Court, in making an order under subsection (1), must have regard to— (a) the terms of any trust affecting all or any of the assets of the association; and (b) the purposes and any relevant rules of the association.
