10 Meaning of registrable body (1) For the purposes of this Division, a ***registrable body*** includes— (a) a company limited by guarantee, within the meaning of the Corporations Act, that is taken to be registered in Victoria; S. 10(1)(b) amended by No. 9/2013 s. 42(Sch. 2 item 2). (b) a co-operative, society, association, institution or body formed, incorporated or registered (whether before or after the commencement of this Act) under the Co‑operatives National Law (Victoria) or any Act relating to the incorporation, formation or registration of co-operatives, societies, associations, institutions or bodies. (2) However, for the purposes of this Division, a ***registrable body*** does not include a trade union registered under the **Trade Unions Act 1958**.
