#### 53 Exemptions 53 Exemptions > > (1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing to the association concerned, exempt an association from any of the requirements of this Part. > > > (2) Any such exemption— > > > > > (a) may be given subject to conditions, and > > > > > (b) may be limited as to time, and > > > > > (c) may be varied, suspended or revoked by the Secretary by further notice in writing to the association concerned. > > > (3) The regulations may exempt any association or class of associations from any of the requirements of this Part. > > **s 53:** Subst 2018 No 65, Sch 11.1 \[1\].
