94 Property of former incorporated association
(1) If, under section 83 or 93 (3), the registrar-general cancels the
incorporation of an association, and the winding-up of the association
was not begun before the date of cancellation, any property or interest
in property held by the association, subject to any trust affecting the
property or interest, is taken to vest in the registrar-general.
(2) If the incorporation of an association has been cancelled under
section 93 (3) and land or an interest in land (being land in the ACT)
vested in the incorporated association is taken to vest in the registrar-
general under subsection (1), the registrar-general must enter the
registrar-general as the registered proprietor of the land or interest in
land on the land titles register.
