61 Inaugural committee The inaugural members of the committee of an association incorporated under this Act are, unless the rules of the association otherwise provide, taken to be— (a) for an association incorporated under section 19—the persons appointed under section 16 (d); or (b) for an association incorporated under section 27—the persons nominated for section 26 (2) (a) (iii).
