59 Notice of public officer’s appointment or change of address (1) A person who is appointed to be the public officer (other than the inaugural public officer) of an incorporated association must, not later than 1 month after being appointed, lodge with the registrar-general a notice of the appointment. (2) If the public officer of an incorporated association changes the public officer’s address, the public officer must, within 1 month after the change, lodge with the registrar-general a notice of the change. confidential (see s 13A (2)). However, a public officer must have at least 1 address publicly available for service of documents (see s 13A (4)). (3) This section does not apply to an incorporated association that is an ACNC registered entity.
