56 Validity of documents executed under common seal
A contract or other instrument executed, or purporting to have been
executed, under the common seal (if any) of an incorporated
association is not taken to be invalid only because a person attesting
the fixing of the common seal was in any way, directly or indirectly,
interested in the contract or other instrument or in the matter to which
the contract or other instrument relates.
