53 Enforcement of rights (1) On the application of an incorporated association or a member of an incorporated association, the court may, by order— (a) give directions for the performance and observance of the rules of the incorporated association by any person who is under an obligation to perform or observe those rules; and (b) declare and enforce the rights or obligations of members of an incorporated association between themselves, or the rights or obligations between an incorporated association and a member of the incorporated association.
